		<description>Hold the victim by the little finger ask them to close their eyes and invert a small plastic bottle of water (screw cap on) and shake it above their head as if using a ketchup bottle.  Holding their finger makes the physical contact.  Closing their eyes creates the insecurity and shaking the water bottle makes them wonder if the cap is secure.  Too much to think about and they forget to hiccup. 
Any distraction will work every time. Two or more distractions is better </description>
